(Photo by Supapong Chaolan)SURAT THANI - Arrest warrants have been approved for nine soldiers and a summons for another in connection with the fatal beating of a conscript in Surat Thani. The 45th Military Circle Court approved on Wednesday the warrants and the summons on the charge of collaborating in a fatal assault. Pvt Yutthakinun Boonniam, attached to the 45th Military Circle, was attacked last week while being detained for disciplinary offences at a military prison at Vibhavadi Rangsit military camp. Four of the arrest warrants were for active non-commissioned officers: SM1 Yanyong Samleemuang; PO1 Sanong Kamseeta, PO1 Chalermpong Nilsuwan and PO1 Poramate Temyod. The rest were for conscripts: Pvt Sakravut Polarat, Pvt Chakrapan Kieosawat, Pvt Pakpoom Suebmas, Pvt Puvadej Tarayuttapoom and Pvt Sitthichai Pobyod.
